Note that the prices quoted are for a full week from Saturday to Saturday and are in Pounds Sterling.
Short breaks - 3 night breaks (Friday to Monday) and 4 night breaks (Monday to Friday) are charged at 70% of the full week price. Short breaks are available all year round with the exception of the peak months (May, June, July, August and September).
There is a charge per pet of £10 and a fixed electricity / gas charge of £10 per week.
A refundable deposit of £100 will be applied to any bookings that include a pet and will be held against any damage to the property.
Please note that unlike a number of holiday agencies we do not charge a booking fee.
All bed linen is provided but towels are not. Therefore, guests should bring their own towels.
